Stance Matters: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned outward for stability.

Initiate the Squat: Begin the squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knee 

Depth Control: Go as low as you comfortably can while maintaining a straight back 

Keep Your Chest Up: Avoid leaning forward; your chest should stay upright. 

Drive Through Your Heels: Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
